Returns

After hand making your order we only accept returns for good reason.  If you are not completely satisfied with the products you must email us and document your exact concern.   If there is something significantly wrong with the jewellery we shall be fair and asses your concerns.  We may offer you a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned complete and in perfect condition and with all the original packaging.  Since we have made the items exactly to your production instructions you must provide a genuine complaint for a return to be accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.  You must return at your own risk and you must pay for said postage.
Items should be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.  Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and studs cannot be returned or exchanged.  Bespoke Items or jewellery that has been personalised or ordered at a specific size  cannot be returned.  After 14 days we do not accept returns or exchanges as a matter of policy.
